  We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered! While it did seem to take a little long for our order to be prepared, I felt that it was worth the wait -- artisan bread, fresh ingredients. It was delicious. I loved the German Burrito and the others in our party raved over the Reuben sandwich.

  As a disclaimer, I would like to state that the two star rating is specifically for the service. The food is authentic, delicious, German food and the ambience of the restaurant was top notch. The schnitzels were cooked excellently and the flavors were a fantastic blend of traditional German eatery. However, our waitress left plenty to be desired. The majority of our stay, she remained in the back of the restaurant gossiping to the hostess. From the time our order was placed to the time when our food arrived at the table, we saw our waitress a total of ZERO times. This was a 30 minute wait and not once did she check on our table or notify us about the status of our upcoming meal. After our meals had arrived, we once again didn't see the waitress until it was time for us to pay and leave. Afterwards when we left the establishment, she had the nerve to glare at our vehicle until we left! Since you provided atrocious service and failed to earn a monetary tip, here's a bit of common sense for a tip: earn the money by talking with your guests and caring for them instead of spending your shift gossiping with your girlfriends. There's a difference between providing excellent service and providing bare minimum service, and frankly, I'm tempted to say that I've received better service in a McDonald's.
  Once again I would like to reiterate that the service is the sole reason for the star rating. A neglectful waitress, warm and flat cans of Pepsi, and expecting a tip for mediocre at best service are the reasons why I won't be returning.

  Some very unique schnitzel dishes. The Berlin schnitzel was excellent. Also nice array of beers and Hendersonville hard ciders.
